Azan is very loud sometimes, kinda annoying for lower floor people or direct block of the megaphone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was staying here for only 7months and I was able to see all the crimes around this whole apartment. This apartment is actually full of foreigners. At night, you can see prostitution a lot. The grocery stores are all owned by foreigners and they are very rude. My housing area was having a severe leakage on the walls. When I wanted to complain to the management, they are totally irresponsible. They were not ready to listen to me about the insecure basement parking and the crimes at all. I was totally treated rudely by clerks and managers. So I scolded them madly about their insecure parking and all. Because we are actually been forced to pay for the parking but there is no camera been fixed and lots cars were abandoned without body parts. It's dangerous. Thank you.

- perfect for working adults which have budget constraint while wanted a reasonably price room at the location
- Do not expect 5 stars services for the price and services

- Reasonable rental price,
- Quite near to Sunway geo, which takes around 7 min~ walking distance.
- Nearby has quite some grocery stores.
Cons:
- Raining cause quite some puddle all over the place, need to watch out for that.
- Azan megaphone volume is super loud for people, disturbing sleeping schedules and working hours. Do not pick this area if you are unable to tolerate loud noises because of the praying and the megaphone are getting louder and louder, this is out of hand and hope management do something about this. Having a hard time to sleep properly because of the frequent extreme loud azan in the morning as well. Given one star because of how bad the azan problem is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously, avoid at all cost, went here for the first time back in 2007 to visit a friend, horrible & clunky lift, dirty environment, rotten trashes with disgusting odour at the unit area, poorly maintained property at a somewhat strategic area, but very pointless & a hassle to stay here just for the horrible slow lift, not to mention the skeptical security due to bunch of unknown foreigners tenants, strongly not recommended for ladies in terms of security concerns, very third world standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to visit friends here last month at Block2 during daytime. Surprisingly corridor was clean convenient , lift working well and centre to hospital, sunway shpping mall, ktm komuter, toll highway etc. Its a good choice for students and young families. a bit old but its affordable.
