I visted your shop for the second time. Your food, beverages and shisha was good. Although that was good, your service was absolutely super bad. Your staffs were extremely rude. The phrase they used was "please leave" and "don't come again". This is not the kind of service any customers are expecting as we are paying customers. In my opinion, no matter how the customers may be, any staffs should not react rudely to any paying customers. We know customer rights as well. .There is way of requesting your customers to leave your permise. However, your staffs do not have the knowledge of hospitality. We were embarrassed earlier just now. I felt racially discriminated as there were malay customers sitting and using the facilities of the shop whilst we got chased off. As a consumer, we have the right to receive fair judgement which includes compensation for our purchase of good or services received which had a misleading trade description, was of poor quality or if you received unsatisfactory services. As a customer, I would like know what you would like to compensate to us for the omissions caused by your staffs. Thank you very much.
