★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 주택이지만 가드하우스를 통과해야 진입이 가능해서 안전하고 주변이 호수를끼고 있어서 시야가 좋고 호수주변을 산책하고 조깅 할 수 있어서 더욱 좋다. 바로옆에는 코타퍼르마이 골프클럽 과 상업지구가 위치한다
Although it is a house, it is safe to enter through the guard house, and it is even better because it is surrounded by a lake, so the view is good and you can walk and jog around the lake. The Kota Permai Golf Club and business district are located right next door.
