Always a go to place when my family cannot decide for our dinner! ? Laksa Telur Sarang, the fried eggs are so fluffy. Even better than laksa in Kuala Kangsar! By the way you knew their Nasi lemak would be a killer dish because the whole store smells so aromatic from the rice! Sambal also perfect ?? And a must try are their cucur udang! Crispy batter, filled w taugeh & kucai! It served with kuah kacang & its really complete the dish. I always asking for more because i love the crunch from the nuts!?

My first time, but best laksa utara i tried so far especially laksa sarang, a must try. Crispy sarang, excellent fresh broth and condiments too. Can feel the sincerity in the flavour, like a home cooked laksa.. If you crave for laksa, this is the place.

Spicy fish broth noodles originating from the northern state of Kedah. Reasonable price for a bowl of the laksa. Worth a try if you haven't had northern laksa for a long time ?

At first glance, the place looks very basic, the menu seems slightly limited, and their price seems a bit on the high side. In reality, their menu makes sense, and their pricing is reasonable. The limited menu allows them to consistantly offer great tasting and high quality food, each and everytime. For example, the ayam goreng berempah that comes with the nasi lemak seems to be freshly fried each time I have it. The cucur udang, and telor goreng sarang that accompanies the laksa, are never stodgy or oily - pretty sure they do not re-use the oil too many few times. Laksa is very good (what do you expect with a name like that?) as long as you like Laksa Kedah (I think?). Even the hard boiled eggs that come with various dishes are perfectly done, with great texture and bounce. Quality ingredients, and proper skill, time and effort are worth the price they charge. And as long as they keep this up, I don't care if the ambience and seating is basic. Two thunmbs up!

Nice restaurant serving laksa, mee kari, nasi lemak and few more. We tried laksa and mee kari. Very tasty, thick gravy like home cook. Clean and nice place. Friendly service.
