★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a unit here and have regreted ever since. The so call management is so petty with anything that they feel is not to their liking outside reasoning. I applied for a renovation permit and was appoved but when I wanted to built a a screen at the back I approach the management rep and check if I can and was shown a drawing that have a 3 panel design. I made a 3 panel, before it was install, I was told that the drawing was wrong because it must now be 4 panels. I wasted the money on that panel. Now after installing the rolling panels, they now ask me remove it saying rolling is not allowed and threatens to forfeit my reno deposit. I was not told beforehand that rolling panels is not allowed. This is daylight robbery and I am contemplating taken this issue to court. Management committees are supposedly there to implement the do's and don't but this is pain in the ASS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice environment and safe environment. But house is too small suitable for 1-3 pax family. Parking space is narrow, u can only stack ur cars in. If u wana swap ur car u need to drive 2 cars out to rearrange them.
