★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to book via an agent, please choose carefully. I happen to book my trip using this agent, and its a terrible experience. I book in december 2021 to go on the honeymoon trip in may 2021.
Problem:
- the agent book my room on the same day i arrived
- miscommunication with their team member and ask for payment on the day i arrived when i already paid in advance for the package
- there are 3 people in charge for the same phone no. I kept on repeating what package i booked with them.
- no details for the trip (time, activity,etc). Need to ask every single time
Improvement:
- should manage the package well
- please keep it simple for the info to inform customer
