★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did Mangrove tour with FBO Kilim on 24/03/2019. They picked me up from my Hotel and around 10:30 the tour started. We were accompanied by a young Malaysian guide i forgot his name but he was very nice and polite. His English sounds very much Italian, hahaha. But he was having good information about the area and he was having humorous talks with the members on the tour. And the tour had spectacular views. For me it was the best part of Langkawi trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an amazing tour and the best in Langkawi. Mr. Faizal is an awesome person. We landed in Langkawi and was searching for this tour and inquired at many places. Mr. Faizal was quick to respond and got the tour for three of us the very next day. Must say the price is reasonable. We took the four hours trip which included hotel pick up and drop. The geoforest is amazing and a must visit place. The tour guide was also an amazing person. The trip included bat caves, crocodile cave, mangrove tour, eagle feeding, floating fish farms, swimming on the beach and lunch.
I fully recommend this tour and the Mr. Faizal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found Faizal’s services online. Everything was arranged via WhatsApp and we set off on our arranged tour within 3 hours (including travel to tour venue).
The tour itself was fantastic - mangrove forests, bat caves, local wildlife, tropical beaches, sea and stunning scenery everywhere.
Tour cost was reasonable considering how much we got to see and do and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Happily recommend to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faizal was very friendly and cooperative. I just called him one day prior and he booked the next day 10am tour for me without any advance. The driver of the boat was also very friendly and calm. We had booked a 3 hour ride. Enjoyed a lot. Must visit if you go to Langkawi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experienced for us and the kids! It’s our first eco-tour and it was far better than the island hopping. Good service from Faizal, he answered all my question since day one I booked the tour which was 2 weeks before. Great tour from Fakhrul which I believe Faizal’s brother. He brings us to the location and explains to us everything. Seriously, it’s recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON’T WALK IN or you’ll pay double! Half price if you buy on shopee/ city center agents.
Anyway, we really shouldn’t support this syndicate of price fixing. RM250 for 1 hour of boat to roam around only 3km is a complete rip-off. The trip is to visit the bat cave, restaurant and eagles.
Majority of the time is spent walking around the bat cave and fish restaurant. You have to pay additional RM2 to enter the bat cave too.
Despite renting the boat for a private tour, they didn’t allow us to customize our journey because we weren’t interested in the fish restaurant at all.
The mangrove is clean, but it’s nothing special. You can find mangrove tours in other places (with eagles too).
We are disappointed for making a trip here, we’d be happier had we stayed-in our hotel room.
