★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is too bad!! Saya dah inform 2 minggu awal yang saya terpaksa cancel trip ke langkawi and pihak Langkawi Packages inform tak dapat refund. But it's okay for me since saya mmg tak dapat tunda lagi tarikh. Suddenly tarikh yang sepatutnya saya pegi langkawi, saya dapat call dari pihak hotel dan kereta sewa yang mereka tak dapat info pun yang saya cancel trip tersebut! Mereka dah rugi sebab hold bilik dan kereta utk saya tapi sebenarnya saya mmg dah inform awal yang saya cancel. Saya booked and deal dengan pihak travel agency, adakah tanggungjawab saya utk inform hotel dan owner kereta sewa pasal cancellation since saya dah inform pada agency! Saya bukan cancel last mint yaaa!!
 The customer service is too bad !! I was informed 2 weeks earlier that I had to cancel my trip to Langkawi and Langkawi Packages informed that I could not refund. But it's okay for me since I can't postpone the date anymore. Suddenly the date I was supposed to go to Langkawi, I got a call from the hotel and the rental car that they couldn't get any info that I canceled the trip! They have lost because they hold the room and the car for me but in fact I informed them in advance that I canceled. I booked and dealt with the travel agency, is it my responsibility to inform the hotel and the rental car owner about the cancellation since I have informed the agency! I'm not canceling last mint yaaa !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Around 200 meter by walk from the jetty. Kind and friendly staff. Parked for around 35 hours n charged me rm 20 for mvyi car under roof on independence day. Moreover they kindly dropped us at kuala perlis jetty for free

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a fishing trip in Aug 2019. Payment was swift but communications were almost nil. No voucher was issued and several emails were mailed to ensure arrangements were in order. After their initial email, nothing was forthcoming to my basic queries. Rang them several times but each time the call was picked up, the staff has no idea about the booking. Another phone call was made the day before the fishing trip and the situation was not any better until a copy of my payment receipt was emailed to them. Overall, it was one long tale of exasperation for what should be a simple booking. I think the problem was due to lack of system and possibly language barrier as most of the staff only speak malay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called just to asked if they can get me ferry ticket over the counter as it was sold out online. I didnt get the ticket but the male respondent was very polite and answering my questions patiently. Will definitely look for them if I manage to get a tucket to langkawi.
