★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer satisfaction teruk. Sangat teruk. Aku book bulan 1 then dapat tarikh. Kereta dah drop masa polish Haikal borak banyak calar dekat bonet depan. Okay aku hantar repaint. Settle repaint aku WhatsApp nak tarikh tak reply. Bukti ada. Belum aku borak Haikal suruh "update" dia 3 hari awal. Aku gerak kedai f2f dengan Haikal minta tarikh dan dapat tarikh. Dia borak lagi 3 hari kereta boleh settle. Ok cukup 3 hari aku WhatsApp pun tak reply pun ada bukti. Aku bagi tempoh seminggu mungkin sebab watermark ketara. Itupun tak settle juga. Sekarang ni dari tarikh aku review masih juga tak siap dan total tempoh aku bagi dekat dia 2 minggu. Satu je aku nak cakap, jangan aniaya customer Haikal. Dan aku masih menunggu kereta untuk siap bro.
Kalau kau tak boleh buat. Jangan buat. Refund. Tak perlu nak borak boleh buat ni bro. Jangan semata mata sebab duit, otak pun kau tak pakai. Kau ingat kau aniaya customer macamni duit yg kau dapat halal ke? Kalau halal aku tak kisah pun tapi kalau sebaliknya aku rasa kau cukup waras untuk berfikir. Nak berniaga biar jujur bukan hipokrit.
 Customer satisfaction is bad. Very bad. I book 1 month then get a date. The car has dropped polish time Haikal borak many scratches near the front bonnet. Okay I sent a repaint. Settle repaint I WhatsApp kid date no reply. The evidence is there. Before I chatted, Haikal told me to "update" him 3 days in advance. I moved the f2f shop with Haikal asking for a date and got a date. He huddled another 3 days the car could settle. Ok enough 3 days I WhatsApp did not reply there is no evidence. I for a period of a week may be the reason for the noticeable watermark. It didn't settle either. Now, from the date of my review, it is still not ready and the total period I shared with him is 2 weeks. One thing I want to say, don't persecute Haikal customers. And I'm still waiting for the train to be ready bro.
If you can't do it. Do not do it. Refund. No need to chat, you can do this bro. Don't just use your eyes because of money, you don't even use your brain. Do you remember you persecuting customers for the kind of money you get halal? If it's halal, I don't care, but if it's the other way around, I think you're sane enough to think. Want to do business, be honest, not hypocritical.
