★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time and definitely would revisit again. Highly recommended this restaurant as the food quality is good, food are fresh especially the fishes. Food are with reasonable price too. Staff are attentive and friendly as well. Some dishes have to be preordered.

We ordered Cincai (simply, whatever) Steamed Fish (unique taste of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black beans etc - and the fish steamed to 'al dente'), Lotus Roots with Salted Egg, fried tofu and another 'star dish' - smoked platter (smoked belly and lychee smoked duck) that had a truly smokey-fragrant flavour. Will definitely be back to try other menu items. Pricing is slightly on the premium, but in return, portions were generous. Service Rating: Good. *saphan9discovery*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant still kept their gate closed despite heavy rain. We had to wade in the water in heavy rain to enter the restaurant. The huge space in front of the restaurant could have been used for parking to avoid the hassle.
In terms of food, I didn't like most of them especially their fried lotus which was not crispy, the prawn soup was too sweet, smoked meat didnt look appealing n etc. Overall food is below average, not recommended so far before they improve their food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is quite secluded. We had passed by the main road so many times and yet never noticed there is a gem of restaurant inside the nursery place. So, today we decided to try. Amazing, the dishes are all very delicious and satisfying. Everyone really enjoyed the dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly service. Fish we ordered came with foul (mud) smell and we requested a change. The owner just took away the dish and never bother to come back to explain or offer a change. We waited til almost finished eating and went to ask only she said they won’t cook again as they think the fish has no problem at all! My sis and my mom also commented the smell is unbearable and we immediately inform the owner. At least they could offer another type of fish or come back to inform us. Definitely won’t come back again!

- House-special tilapia fish is tender & juicy (need to order 2 days in advance)
- Smoked duck breast with lychee is tasty & refreshing
- Saltes chicken is infused with heavy rice wine
- Overall price is reasonable (RM570+, 7 dishes for 8 pax)
Improvement:
- Pork trotter is too oily & heavy for most diners tonight
- Salted egg tofu is more like a fish paste than tofu
- Very bad access road to the restaurant (think rocks, potholes & countless bumps)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is nice with reasonable price. Please try the salted egg lotus root, it's good! However, the location is slightly difficult to find and the road is not a tarred road, need to be careful if you are driving in especially during rainy season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is located in an unexpected place ... 10mins away from Tropicana Garden, unpaved road, under high power cable? It certainly remains ones 农家乐in China.
Nonetheless, the food is delicious. Definitely a place to go for people who hunt for good food. ?? And remember to make reservation or you will be disappointed.
That said, the place is not cheap. Our bill comes to RM95 for 2 persons (3 dishes without ordering fish).
