★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are extremely helpful, patient and pleasant. Focused on only hardware repairs, this is not your average nor ordinary repair shop. Operating from a corner lot of a row of terrace houses in Taman Connaught, they are pretty popular among their peers, who at times send devices to be repaired by them. My guess is their charges are fair, or some would say cheap. Thank you for fixing my keyboard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this place to repair my 3 different laptops, and came out fully satisfied. The man is very kind and supportive, very fast service and very professional. If you have any problem with your computer, this is a place to go. And the price is cheaper than other shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here after seeing recommendations from netizens. Sent a laptop to repair on the mobo, was charged RM300 straight away. I suspected power chip was problematic, and I had done power chip replacement at RM 150 before somewhere else. But since I'm in a hurry and didn't want to go that somewhere else, I just okeyed with it.
A day after a week, hadn't received any call despite being told it can be done within a week. So I called right after and they said it was done. Still okay.
Brought home, found out that my hdd was swapped with someone else's. Called them again, the technician agreed to facilitate a Grab driver to fetch the wrong hdd and send mine. Still okay.
But what I'm not okayed with, I found out all the holes and screw pegs on the bottom case, all were damaged, broken, and torn apart. Had to glue some of the metal screw pegs (I don't know what it's called) manually in order for me to attach the bottom case properly after screwing some of the holes. Luckily, I managed to.
Overall, I'm still okay. Probably deserve a 2nd chance. Would still recommend for all of you to opt this establishment if you need repairing and servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here based on the good reviews. I needed to get my laptop casing and hinges fixed. After the initial inspection they gave a quoted price. But I ended up paying much lesser as they told me that my laptop only needed one of the two charged services. They transferred my money back and my laptop and is working perfectly now! Bottom line is they’re honest and deliver great service. It was a pleasant experience! Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I changed my screen at here. One day, my laptop screen cannot "flip up" at all. My screen was stuck at 30 degree and the hinged was spoiled. Then I take my laptop to the Asus service center, the asus serviceman checked the laptop and told me the screen changing process was "TOTALLY" wrong and they "skip" some very important step during the changing process. In conclusion, I think they are lack of experience. So please be considerate if you want to fix your laptop at here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service!!! send in the gpu. The owner update when ever the gpu it's fixed, unlike the other gpu repair shop mobo. While collecting, he took out his personal time explaining to me some basic and where to purchase the broken casing and fan. While chatting, Ting (the owner) kindly package my stuff, which allowed me to easily carry back with a motorcycle!!
Very friendly and kind shop, if anyone looking for a computer repair. This shop its highly recommended from personal experience!

My laptop got a "pink screen" and it was a hardware damage. I've asked several places nearby and this place had the best price, RM420 all inclusive. They answer calls quickly, reply quickly, even the inspection and repair work was done in minutes! All was great and I was satisfied UNTIL I got home and got a closer look at my LCD. The bezel (which is made of plastic) was slightly "deformed". There were 2 huge gaps between the bezel and the screen (definitely not there before repair work). This means dust could easily get in and to put it bluntly, it's ugly. I contacted Laptop Specialist, they were polite, they apologized and they offered to put some double sided tapes in between to keep the gaps closed. I mean, really? We're talking about regular double sided tapes here. Ok maybe people really do put double sided tape in there to keep the gaps closed but the MAIN PROBLEM is why did they use so much FORCE to the point the bezel became slightly deformed? Even if it's hard to open it, can't they, laptop specialists they claim to be, just be more gentle with it? I'm really disappointed with the work! This may sound dramatic but my point is, this is someone's laptop. It's a customer's laptop. Shouldn't they handle our laptops with care while repairing? We pay for the labour as well, right? I'd expect my laptop to come back with no other damages, even minor ones. I'm sure nobody wants to send their electronics for repair only to find out that it got scratched or damaged in any way. This should be a responsibility for them! I trusted my laptop with them, but they broke my trust. It may be a minor damage, but it's still a damage. And yeah at this point, there's probably nothing they can do other than putting double sided tapes in but then again I don't think I'll let them touch my laptop again so thank you but no thanks. Honestly, I don't even think the double sided tape can keep the gaps closed because they're quite wide open. And wouldn't double sided tape cause a problem in future if I ever have to get the bezel off again? It would definitely leave ugly and sticky residue (although it's on the inside and maybe I'm overreacting but can you blame me? My laptop is my baby!). So I guess if anyone wants to send their laptops for repair here, just be careful. They're nice people, but not careful and responsible enough when it comes to their repair work.
