★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not enough parking for the residents so they just park at the sideways and it's quite dangerous. High maintenance fee. One elevator in every block can't be used for God knows what reason. What's the point of having 5 elevators but only 4 can be used at one time. Very bad house design. Pity for those who lives at ground floor level because people just walk by and can just see inside the house. I don't know what the guards are doing but when I parked at the parking lot and leave my number, they called me saying that the owner of the carpark wanted to park there. So I rushed down, and there was no one. Bloody hell. You can't just play and call people for nothing!
