★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesin pengering tidak berfungsi. Baju tidak kering. Minta pihak pengurusan untuk baiki mesin. Rugi customer bayar untuk keringkan baju tapi baju still basah.
The dryer does not work. The clothes are not dry. Ask the management to repair the machine. Loss customers pay to dry clothes but the clothes are still wet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low customer service.. one of their machine had problem and i call the customer service. I was used 25kg washer rm10 for cold water.. in the last 5 minute spin suddenly the water overflow.. when i call customer service they told me that their technician will come and they will refund my money back.. after a fee minutes they call me back they said it was my fault and the money will not be refunded. Their technician not yet come and they already make their own conclusion..
