★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly professional with online system. The delivery time and the cleanliness is to be appreciated. I would appreciate if the team can work on the APP so that it shows you in a better interface your orders and points without loading time. Also occasional discount for seasons can be provided to boost customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only one issue that you may improve is person in charge at Mesamall. Most of the time, nobody around. And it will disturb the time to send or pickup the laundry. Understand its lack of manpower but I'm sure the management can handle it well and improved for a better services. Overall I'm satisfied with everything. Thanks
