★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from abroad. i got a picture of card and bouquet before order was sent, gave my feedback and the person took time and care to get it adjusted, made sure I was happy before sending it. I often order flowers online and sometimes the actual looks very different to the pictures on the site: yours was just as nice. I really felt that this company cared to make it perfect. Thanks for taking the trouble, I recommend !

Even though they had alot of orders due to Mother's day, they were patient and understanding with regards to my enquiries. The bouquet and cake were really pretty too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was pure luck when I found this gem of a florist. I was looking for a florist who could provide more than just bouquets and I found L&L on Google (they have cakes/gifts too). Their lovely floral arrangement definitely caught my eyes but their attention to details was the reason why I decided to use their service. And I'm not disappointed despite it being my first time! I made a mistake while ordering (my bad, I didn't read the fineprints properly) but they were quick to rectify the issue and was able to deliver on the same day, with slight delay. I am very grateful for the effort they put into their work and I would definitely recommend their service if you are looking for beautifully crafted flower arrangements and for their professionalism. I assure you that these flowers will perk one's day or win their hearts - keep up the good work, L&L team!

I am an overseas customer, when I looked up a florist in Johor Bahru, Laurel x Leafz website came up at the top of my searching website and I fell in love straight away with her flowers arrangement. I messaged her straight away and received a reply shortly after. Indeed very efficient with communication in fact with world time differences.
She also went above and beyond with my order to get the requested bottle of champagne to go with my order.
Laurels & Leafz delivered the flower to my sister resident which is one hour from the shop. I greatly appreciate this. The quality of your product just blew us away. The flowers are fresh and so beautiful. My sister loved her surprise and she won't forget this moment especially all family members are far away during her special event. These gestures will be remembered and thank you for making this happen.

I was searching in Google for a last minute purchase for an opening congratulatory gift to one of my client when came across L&L. What caught my attention is the choice of flowers, etc, the setup and all of it. It was an ease when communicating with them as I need it to get ready in short period of time and collect it within few hours and they managed to finished it in less than the time I expected. Truly amazed. I would definitely recommend to my friends and anyone who is searching for such arrangement.
