BEWARE......Bought the cranberry Kueh lapis. Returned home only to see the label behind showed that it was best consumed 3 weeks ago. My bad. But it makes me wonder how long the other bakes, without labels, were kept for sale. Poor quality control in my opinion.

The Hanjuku cheese cake I brought tasted unexpectedly good , the sweetness was right on point. Will visit again to try other breads next time.

My favourite place to go for breads, pastries and cakes. Pandan chiffon cake was light and fluffy, not too sweet, which is good. Marble cake was very good too. Not a fan of the cheese tart, cannot taste any cheese, more like custard. They also have lapis cake, walnut cake and chocolate chiffon. Always a queue at the cashier but it is nice that they will put your bread/pastry into individual plastic/paper bags at the checkout. Love their raisin danish.

Must buy at lavender bakery. The hanjuku cheese is amazing, very soft, creamy and fluffy. Definitely recommended. The breads are affordable as well! Lots of varieties and they do sell cakes as well.

I always love to buy my breads and pastries from this bread shop. Lavender is the name which comes to mind whenever someone mentions otah bun. The otah bun texture is soft and the otah is fragrant. The pandan leaf that wraps around the bun gives it an aromatic fragrance. The bun is always sold out and it always helps to ask the staff if there are any more being baked. Service at this shop is prompt even though it is always very crowded and cashiers are quite friendly. The quality of their buns and cakes are always at the top of their game.
