Definitely an awesome place to get your car groomed.! The person are really professional and very friendly.

The coatings were applied by sponge and not by spray. You may see the coat marks left by the sponge in certain parts (especially at the interior site). They didn’t use infrared lights to dry the coats even if they have the tools. It seems like not to be worthy with every penny. However the customer service is perfect as they keep you updated and the solar film is the best quality in rejecting the heat from entering the car.

Honest staff, after they tint, they found out tinted paper not in position as they expected, they take it out n redo it.... This action really give us full mark as customer

Sales advisor was very patient explaining to me the types of packages for tinting my car and the differences between the packages by demonstration. Answered all my questions and consulted before making any big changes to my car. He even showed me the end results of it and carefully explained what I should and shouldn’t do after the installation has been done. Warranty cert was provided nicely and they even free me one back window coating which was not included in the package. Friendly and motivated staff! Satisfied with the end results!

I took the most expensive tinting with the highest security & heat resistant rating. Andrew mentioned it will only take hours to finished installation. I went to take my car after 6 hours. It was an horrendous the workmanship. The big front mirror has hundreds of tiny bubbles & the back mirror was even worse. Only the side windows were done properly. They asked to wait for 1 -2 weeks. After waiting for 5 days there were no improvement to the bubbles. The back window was not installed properly, at night the headlights of the car from the back cause glare. The waiting time is something they should have warned customers for this type of tinting. I have not experienced such waiting time with my other car. What is the meaning of 15 years warranty if I am not even satisfied the first week. The bubbles in front of the windscreen disappeared after I went there to finished up my service on coating the following weeks & the side window panel tinting was redo. The back window disappeared after I have my camera installed. Count my blessings that it ended well.

Their tinted film is as describe. The price is fair and I did claim for warranty after 2 years.

I had a few bad experience at other well known tint shops. Did a lot of research before coming to Lavish. Was very skeptical at 1st, but they earned n deserve a 5star review. This review is given after 2weeks of tint installation, js to make sure the worksmanship n tint bubbles recovered after installing. Make sure you call and make an appointment b4 going to avoid their busy days. Lavish might not be as established as the big branded tint shops. But their tint are above my expectations, price is within a comprehensible range. Cheapest rm6xx to range topping rm2xxx. Ther are 3 staff n installer in this particular branch. I was served by andrew, one of the twin brothers working in the shop. Take note, sometimes u might find it confusing who you had talk to when they serve. They look identical and speak the same way too. Very good explanation on the range of their products, the difference of heat rejections and the warranty. Their pricing are considerably transparent, according to them, which is all price are clearly stated in their websites, social media and catalogs and thers no discounts nor jacking up prices then giv diff customers diff negotiated discounts. I paid according to the packages in the catalog. If you guys paying a way cheaper price than they state in their catalog, means u guys are great negotiator, and i got cheated, and this review is no longer valid Overall, very friendly n knowledgeable staffs. I took the platinum series(which was 1 grade below their range topping series) After 2 weeks of use, I give their tint quality and heat rejections a firm 4/5stars. Heat rejection is decent and above my expectations. Tint coloring js slightly a bit yellowish n minimal color distortion. I had better clarity with my other car tint. But its acceptable. What im not too impressed is they charge seperately(rm30) for the 8inch sunvisor for the front windshield. I tot it shud be included? After 2 weeks, i had 1 window which seems doesnt dry out correctly or the bubbles seems doesnt heal completely. I went back, let them check, and they changed it, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Thats what i like. No fuss when thers an issue. Highly recommended shop if you dont hav big budgets to go for the big expensive brands. ?????? Decent brand n tint with good heat rejections and pricing. Most importantly, staff are frenly and accountable for the problems that might arise frm tint installation..
