★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional. Fix time of appt, but always make you wait, ALWAYS. You fixed 3pm, you get your paperwork ready by 3pm for me to sign ok? They will ask you to be punctual but they themselves don't honour our punctuality. My time is precious too. Please respect my time.
And most messages will be ignored. No communication between staff. One will tell you A, and the other will tell you B. My experience with Anis was very unpleasant. Think twice before using their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst lawyer firms I've encountered. Blunder since documentation stage, no communication or low comprehension skill btw legal assistants. Boss arrogant and didn't want to admit their mistake. Request for review of the documents was totally ignored being afraid that I seek legal council from BAR. In the end, something simple drag for such a long time to settle. ps: if you want to use this firm please ensure payment to firm after all execution complete and you receive your payment first, else you will definitely feel how slow they work after they already receive their fee *worst than siput babi* -ve review.
