โ โ โ โ โ The are currently no more In this location, they have moved from this current location to a location in front the Dutch lady milk manufacturing company, across the T junction road you can find the new Lex office with no sign post,you have to ask questions to the security guards in front the Dutch lady milk company to show you the new Lex office across the Road

โ โ โ โ โ It say open at 9am to 9pm daily (everyday) but didn't seem the staff are punctual to open the hub to receive item. Such a wasting time. Please give us back MBE or Parcelhub for PJ area seller.

โ โ โ โ โ Do not remove the deliveryman's basic salary or reduce the per parcel rates! Making them deliver 200 parcels a day is inhumane! Don't end up being like J&T express!! The deliverymen(Mr. Kong, Haizal, Amirul) at this hub is excellent, I have not faced any issues so far!

โ โ โ โ โ Item been stuck at this hub for a week, no delivery update. Just kept delayed the estimate delivery date. Poor service. The number that shown on the website is a unserviceable phone number. Among others hub of LEX, PJC is the worst.

โ โ โ โ โ Recently the relocated to the building next to "Aspire Lifestyle Hub", it is located after Quill 9 building(BMW building).
The manager was quite helpful, however they wont pass any parcel to you due to SOP.

โ โ โ โ โ the courier didnt call me before delivering the item. he placed the item at another unit which is not my unit and even though no one accept the parcel, he still sign accepted by customer??? this had cause many difficulties and trouble. cant able to contact the courier even. what bad service the express has. it even took 5 days to reach me even though it is just shipping from a location near me??? improve please. if can zero star i definately give zero la.
