★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lex MY driver is getting worst from day to day. My parcel was not received my myself. But the driver shows a photograph of my front house and claiming it was received.
What is the standard of practice for proof of delivery?
I am still await my refund since Dec 2020 and calling the customer service also falls into deaf ears.

Chua industri area, if you are the Lazada Seller, you can drop off your courier products here, remember your products must complete 100% packing only you go there, coz they dun provide packaging box or courier accessories, staffs are friendly. If you are from semenyih, bukit mewah, kajang utama, sg. Long, seremban you can use direct silk highway kajang is beside Lazada Kajang Hub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the hub today and it was close and relocated to new unknown place. Even in the LAZADA shown the hub is located here. Called the no. provided engaged forever. Cannot be reached. If you plan to take the parcel from the distribution centre, please forget it even the chat bot in the LAZADA app not advise you to do. It says let them send it to you. Bad services.
