Good experience as Buyer since they improved a lot, better than Shopee in terms of their fast and timely notification for delivery, attractive vouchers and allow reviews to be updated for honest review. However their Sellers annoys with spamming promoting products/ shops and as Seller annoyed with Lazada programs and online training that I don’t have time for.

Lazada Malaysia better ceased your operation. I order an item within Penisular Malaysia but set the delivery date to be 10-15 days. I order on 09/05 and now still stagnant at Sg Petani hub (already reached there for a few days doing nothing). Seller sent out the item fast. This kind of slow delivery service, better just close up all the courrier centers now and outsource to someone able to do it fast! This time will be my last purchase with lazada!

l paid for SIX boxes of Essenso coffee but received only FIVE boxes. I have already made THREE Return Refund requests by following the instructions on the app as well Lazada agents' instructions. ALL THREE REQUESTS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED WITH THE SAME IDIOTIC REASON - INSUFFICIENT PROOF. My communications with several different agents have all met with the standard reply that my request is being looked into. I was assured by each agent that l will subsequently be informed which courier point to drop off the parcel. To date, NOTHING OF THAT SORT HAS HAPPENED. I contacted Lazada again today. The agent gave the same reply - "the previous case is still ongoing" and "my refund request has been rejected". When pressed for more definite answer, she threatened to terminate the chat and accused me of using vulgar words. Asked her to tell me which word was vulgar (I DID NOT USE A SINGLE VULGAR WORD), she kept silent. Asked her to get someone in authority to liaise with me, she offered to escalate my case. Will that happen? I'm not optimistic. I think this is Lazada's way of telling me to terminate my account.

Hello Lazada, I have been a long term customer with Lazada. I am super disappointed with your reply.Β Skynet is appointed by Lazada. Seller has no control over the delivery job assignment. I am paying RM40 for delivery alone. This amount is good enough to engage an external runner to deliver within Klang Valley. Lazada Apps showed that i should get the item by 29/5/22. Please don't give excuse on the 15 days allowed for Skynet after i complained. From my purchase history, Skynet failed to deliver 100%. It is not delay, bear in mind, SKYNET failed 100% in delivery of my orders. If I cancel the order at my doorstep, do I have to wait for the refund after the item is returned to seller? If yes, only god knows how long it would take. I feel like laughing when you give me RM5 voucher to pacify me, please check my spending value with Lazada. My time in texting, chatting, calling, writing thisΒ email already worth much more. And the funny part is, LAZADA,Β  your reputation is only worth RM5? It is your choice to appoint and assign this delivery job to a lousy delivery partner. IT IS NOT FAIR FOR ME, YOUR CUSTOMER TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHOICE.Β I am not keen to wait any longer for the item. Please cancel and refund to me immediately. Awaiting your good news.

Lazada cheated my money as seller and they never debit money to me even after 90 days. I will lodge a police report against Lazada. New seller please be mindful on this platform, they are literally a legitimate scammer around us. Their reason used is I am not Malaysian and not entitled for the program when i tried to appeal also cant because I am a Malaysian. Do u see how they use the tactics to cheat seller just like the scammer out there.

This lazada is bad service. Stupid common sense work flow. Parcel not deliver after 1 month, and also not allow for cancel refund. What is the non sense company especially their lazada express hub. More worst. They don't allow me to cancel & refund and the parcel was not deliver after month. So what's the logic? Parcel not deliver, and not allow to refund

We have many Lazada buyers here complain about how bad Lazada is. I am a seller. I can tell you that Lazada neither treats sellers fairly! I don't see Lazada can sustain long in Malaysia. The company is now full of Main Land staff. They don't know local culture and they don't listen to complaints. There are so many funny policies imposed on sellers in Lazada. Top management is mainly from the Main Land, while locals become customer service officers. As a seller, I face numerous problems with incompetent, unknowledgeable and lazy Lazada customer service team. What Lazada’s interest is to suck up money from sellers by charging high commission and service fees. They always push sellers to join different campaigns so that they can keep charging sellers higher and higher. After sellers join the campaigns, there is zero customer service from Lazada. Even if there is a dispute between seller and buyer, Lazada would push all responsibilities to both seller and buyer. It is either the seller who would bear the loss by accepting refund or exchanging the product, or the buyer to accept damaged product due to courier mishandling. Lazada will continue deducting money from the orders for commission and service fees. And also, Lazada seller center app and seller webpage are not user friendly at all. Common on Lazada, look at what Shopee did. Learn from Shopee. If Lazada keeps doing what they are doing now, I am pretty sure it will fade in Southeast Asia soon.

Lazada said my refund was successful but when i checked my wallet the amount was not credited but it shows it was refunded successfully. Tried to contact lazada by chats and sms many times but only got auto replies with same messages. Zero customers services. Must get out of this lazada and not buy through them. Very big problems when refunds is concerned. Can anyone tell me where is lazada office so that i can go to get my refund back. On line chats is real daunting with this company. All auto replies.
