Bad choice of employees. This kind of store needs to give advice or info when needed. Not recommended !

β β β β β Recently bought Rode USB for my VO work related from them. As expected from local seller, the delivery was fast and the package is well secured.
After using it about a week, i notice there's some organic defect on the mic. I immediately report it to them regarding my finding via whatsapp and Lazada chat app. It was Sunday, but they still response swiftly.
They instruct me to post some evidence of the defect such as video or audio, after i send them the evidence, they instruct me to return the mic to their HQ via courier.
They inform me that they have received the mic and proceed with the RMA (they return it to Rode Singapore). The next day they contacted me again to inform that i will receive a new replacement unit. Thanks to them i have less downtime.
I would like to express others that the value of them is that their after sales service is magnificent and optimized which is quite RARE from local seller, The RMA process was tedious but due to their support and guidance it went blissfully.
Shout out to the LBS Music World staff named AMAR, you guys should give him a raise. He guide me through the RMA process thoroughly and even give me the great news on the replacement.

β β β β β I received the guitar stand with bad condition in last two week, and I WhatsApp found the guy call Sue. He kind of passion person and he lead me how to process the return the goods. He worth to gain this five stars and the customer services skill is goods. I will make a consumption back wit LBS Music World again because of Sue.
