★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to express my disappointment towards LCL for a bad service which with the sales team lead by Staff name Mira. It’s been quiet sometime I been purchasing from LCL, each and every-time there will be some problem accrue. The latest issue which we encounter recently, we have ordered certain item a week ago and and it supposed to be out for delivery the following week but then the staff just ignore all our conversation and when we call back after a week, and they inform that the item is out of stock. We are running restaurant and we aspect supplier to inform us in advance if there any problem accrue, example item out of stock item so that we can arrange on our side but what happen here they just ignore our msg, there’s no follow up and we have to call and ask them upon the status on delivery. Moreover they can talk very rudely to us, if ur not happy, you may purchase with sumone else. Aren’t they paid to do their jobs? I believe ur company is huge but if this is the staff’s attitude reacting in such way,it reflect a very bad impression towards LCL. I really hope the top management would take this as a serious matter and sort this out before u lose your remaining customers. Thanks
