★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here last night with my family, overall observation, deluxe room is soo decent, but its ok with me since i am not that demanding. My constructive feedback, kindly put carpet in each of your room. Believe me, that will increase your customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great night staying here, first guards are friendly and nice here, service is excellent ?, food is alright just your typical breakfast and I give a 7/10 for the spaghetti, the place is clean just a bit dusty cuz it just reopen not long ago. Pool! Yes! Clear as crystal, temperature is 23°C a bit cold but still nice, in the morning you can listen to the birds chirping and squirrel running around, some parts of the hotel need some tlc, after all it's a 4 Star hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time in 2018 I visited this place and it was superb. But this time visit it was like hit by zombiecalypse. Towels laid down on the walkway. Dirty toilet, basin and bedsheets. Overgrown balcony with thick algae. Hotel needs major renovation to make it bounce back to its former glory.

A Little Disappointed That Their Breakfast Menu Has Never Changed.
Comfortable Room But some lights are not on especially on the balcony.
Friendly Staff... Will Come Again Because I Like This Place...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a round of golf here and decided to stay for a night so that we can play tomorrow. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and courteous. The room is clean and everything works . However, the aircon is not cold. The breakfast is a big disappointment, the utensils are not clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very old and creepy hotel. Ground floor rooms are full of mosquitoes, housekeeping service is very late. Customer service staff at the front desk not helpful most of the time. Room cleanliness very poor. Cats roaming and crying all night. Staff at the cafe opposite reception are very rude and not friendly. We stayed for a night, and came in a group of 10 people. None of us liked the place and their service. Will not recommend anyone to come here. Manager on duty was also MIA and not available when help is needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and relaxing place to stay with very big rooms and toilets. The room design could be refurbished though and there were some stains on the bed sheet but overall it was a good stay. The water pressure was great and there was enough hot water. Came for work but felt like a holiday..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked in for 2 nights stay. The staff are really very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was adequate and tasty. But the rooms....? We got a room on the ground floor. The room is clean but the furnishings looked very "tired" and needs updating/refurbished. And there's loads of mosquitoes. Do NOT get a room on the ground floor. The corridor is quite creepy at night !!!. Would I stay there again? Yes but only if I have to work all day and just go to hotel to sleep and mainly because it's near the airport.
