โ โ โ โ โ Order taken. Seated for more than half hour and run out of patience. Went to counter to ask why drinks took so long. 2 guys talking to each other, 1 just stand and sorting out paper documents. What are they doing??? I sounded them and one of the chatter guy dashed up to 1st floor and took the drinks from behind which has been placed for a long time to be serve. The moment chocolate drink served to my wife, ice melted as you can view from the glass and they about to serve me my long black which already cold. I told the guy "don't serve me my already cold coffee".. he unapologetically voice out 'I change for you' and walk away. My long black was serve later, same guy and coolly walked off. Their attitudes is not cool. They not cool at all.

โ โ โ โ โ Good for bread, cakes and coffee but meals could be better. Ordered muscles and clams with olio spaghetti and salad on the side. Clams and muscles were fresh and well seasoned but very small in size. Side salad was more for decor and spaghetti was relatively bland.
Ambience is nice and cozy with bare minimum staff (2 at ground level and 1 on main serving floor) likely post-lockdown conditions. Service was mechanical and lacklustre.

โ โ โ โ โ The shop is designed in a modern sleek look, with dimmed lights . Bought their bestseller bread and a cheese bun . Found the price reasonable despite its fancy exterior . Staff were helpful and fast to process with payment.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there for dinner with my kids. Really nice, quiet ambience. Mushroom soup was delicious. Nachos had hardly any cheese and cheese was not melted. They have set meals which are a good value. Bread is 50% off after 8pm. Waiting service was mediocre.
