★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never written a negative post but this shall be the first, as I don't want others to go through the same bad experience I had. I placed a bday cake order 3 days prior. Yes I have made some changes during our discussions. It was all ok, yes maam we can do it before payment. But as soon as I made payment, I was treated totally different!
I was even threatened NOT to do my cake a day prior to the event. Eventually I did get the cake but not according to my requests entirely. Taste wise- there were a lot of leftovers, even when there were a bunch of ever-hungry toddlers. Enuf said.
Later on I told her about my disappointment of the lack of height and size of the cake, the taste and all. She insisted that I got my refund-which I did. It wouldn't be so much of a big deal if it was just about shortchanging me. It was the if-you-dont-wanna-me-to-bake-for-you-buzz-off-because-many-others-would cocky treatment that I just couldnt take it. A customer deserves to be respected, no matter how big or small the requests are. Just because you're in your prime now, doesnt me you will be there forever.
