★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ve been a customer of this outlet for the past 20+ years. It was a big and great establishment. Due to COVID-19 pandemic the number of workers have been reduced. Business is a bit slow now. This establishment still provides good value for money.

Especially the boss & 1 the foreman very rude & ego, some more spoilt my phone. I spend for RM1k+ for the shop, after serviced i found that my car got lots of noise when driving. Finally the boss called back & said they have owe me some spare part. This Saturday (18/12/2021)2nd appointment date, I reached at the shop at 12.40, as heavy rain highway traffic jam from Butterworth to Sungai Petani, nobody served & attend me. 1 of the workers speak rude & just sit-down & shaking legs. (I did take video) At the same times, i did call the boss about 30+ times, (record still in my phone) but he just ignore my calls. Previously the boss said he only take half an hour to refit the spare part, and the shop will closed on 2pm. From 12.40 I stand & wait for the boss back until 1.19pm, after the boss back to the shop, he not even apologize for not answer the called. His wife & him speak rude & ego said that they have lots of business customers.( I did take video) Hope that Hyundai HQ will help me to take action on them, as they're destroy Hyundai reputation & bullying a lady. I will report to the GOVERNMENT Consumer. I don't know which part of my car they didn't fit well. If i had any accident on road, they have to take all the responsibility on this case. Hope that's not repeated case to others customer. (Attached 1 of the photo the rude & ego boss together with the wife who back late)
