★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, could not be bothered with small time customer. Went in to look for water heater. Apparently self check in at the entrance with no one manning the counter. Upon going further deep inside, they looked down on customer. I have to approach them and enquired about water heater. All the sales person/owner said was just that they have 1 kind of water heater, take it or leave it. Not even offering the details of the only model they have not the price.
I enquired further about installation service, they mention that they do not offer installation service, it's all cash and carry there. If I want, they can throw in some contacts and ask me to call them if they want to do installation or not as they weren't sure either.
Personally, I think this shop has no interest in continuing business already. Should have closed down earlier. Retirement in the horizon, and goods lack variety and service lacks manners. Not to mention that pricing were higher than their counterparts in Slim River (The reason I'm comparing in Slim River because pricing is much more expensive than KL!)
