★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was engaging home cleaning services from Powerclean since 5 years ago. Maids were so well trained then. Their maids were " auto-run" mode. Fast and clean! However, the last one year, I no longer can tolerate the kind of maids they sent to my house. There were several unpleasant issues. I will just give an example of what happened today. The 2 maids finished cleaning one of the floor within half hour! So I knew its definitely lousy job! I requested maid to re-clean the balcony with detergent. She did it reluctantly. Then I asked her to clean the shower screen which was not clean earlier on as it still has suds from the shower gel. She turned around and walked away from me saying that she had to go down stairs to help her friend. I said no. Your friend will do her job and u will have to finish yours. So while she cleaned the screen, she made sure I can hear her sighing loudly. The quality of the work produced by the maids has deteriorated so badly and worst of all the attitude is now totally unacceptable. So I gave up on Powerclean and started using Kaodim to search for home cleaning service. Not sure Kaodim will be any better but I just can't tolerate maid's attitude from Powerclean anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service has gone from bad to worst! They kept changing maids even when our schedule is fixed on weekly basis. Worst is after you train one maid, they will tell you the maid ran away and simply chuck another maid to your place without telling you in advance. When the maids damaged your stuff, and you tell their management, their response is why do you let the maid use such expensive tools..stunned...and when you tell them they should be responsible for the damage done by their own maids, they will reply you 'i also don't know how la...' They will tell you their maid has 3/6 yrs experience, but when they come, don't even speak proper english/bahasa, don't even know how to operate a simple vacuum cleaner, you will then pay through your nose and train their maids for them. LOUSY management attitude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the maid broke my mirror case and worse, teared my wallpaper which cost more than RM1K +++. Took them weeks to reply me and they only willing to compensate me with one time free cleaning. Your one time free cleaning is nothing compare to my wallpaper which cost thousands of ringgit. You lost a long term customer. Words of advice, DO NOT ENGAGE this maid agency!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there's 0 here, I'll rate this company as 0. They have the worst agency/customer service. The maids kept changing, probably theha re not treating their maids well. Their response to feedback is never handled well and will even get back to you with worst attitude you can think of. Not worth dealing with them. So I terminated the service with them. Don't even think of hiring them unless they change their attitude, management and service.

Of late, my family members and I have been losing things in the house and we highly suspect the maids from this company who stole from my house. Items stolen includes branded clothing and jewelry. So disappointed. Anyway, police report has been lodged. Using their maid service is NOT recommended. I do not wish to rate them with even 1 star but not doing so will not allow me to proceed to post this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using their service since 3-4 years ago. Although sometimes they sent lousy maids who can not communicate even in Malay or English, some maids whose attitude are lousy and rude, all these i can still bare with it after I complained to them and they changed.
But lately their service turns worse, when their maids didn’t turn up twice during my appointment with them. The worse thing is when you were trying to call them to find out, they said the maids are on the way. But after waiting, the maids didn’t turn up at all after 1 hour plus, and when you were trying to call and whatsapp the agent(Nicky) again, no answer and no reply.
The first time, I called back the other day and find out, then they found excuses to tell and didn’t really apologise. It’s alright.... I gave them one more chance to continue to use them. The second time was yesterday, the maids didn’t turn up again(although they told me again on the way and the driver is new so he lost his way after I called them), but at the end the maids didn’t turn up at all. I tried to call and whatsapp them after waiting for 1 and a half hour, no answer and no reply again till today... no explanation, no apologies, nothing at all till now.
I was angry, upset and disappointed towards the way they handle their customers. I tell myself I will NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE ANYMORE! Chances are given... now when I google, only I realised their rate is so LOW, and every of their customers are so disappointed with their service, my god...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate them 0, I would. I’ve been using them for over a year and they actually started off good. They consistently sent me the same maids, so I could train them to go on auto-pilot. Then, one of them ran away and it went downhill from there. The new maid broke my lamp and shower curtain rail on 2 consecutive weeks! All I got was 1 free cleaning. Today, they were over an hour late and I thought they were pulling a prank on me, you know, for giving them an earful the previous session for tearing down my curtain rail. The PIC was rude, sarcastic and told me s/he thought it was “hilarious” that I would think it was a prank when there is a session booked. You know what’s hilarious? It’s when I terminate your service. Never ever using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using their services for about 1/2 a year now. Same maid coming in every Monday. The maid is very good and does her work well and we were comfortable with her. I suddenly received call from a Mdm Chen who told me that all her maids are taking off on Monday and she will not be sending in any maid for that week. When i asked her to help me get a maid to come in on different date for that week, she just abruptly told me no and is not willing to accomodate to the very least. This mdm chen is also very rude and adamantly refuse to help find me a replacement despite me explaining to her that i need a maid to come in for the week. I stopped their services despite liking the maid's work because of their poor attitude. Will not be suggesting anyone to use their services as well. Your people should have better attitude atleast, if you are working for a cleaning centre!
