★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like Bunnings or Masters, this is a place for you. A new concept in Bkt Mertajam is a "tools are us" type store. The place allows customers to be right up to the tools they plan to buy and can compare other brands side by side.
Being a new concept, also means the management and staff are still getting to terms in operating this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: +2 Star because sales team got in touch with me to rectify this problem within 1 hour of this review going up. They took full responsibility and also offered a one to one exchange (for all premium range) within a week of purchase for manufacturing defect.

Original:
Purchased a Hercules work boot (Rm220+) from their branch in Tesco Alma. Wore less y than a week and found defect on metal shoelace hole which has a hairline crack.
Asked for change, they said OK but their existing stock all has mold spots on their leather shoes. Said will call in two days when new stock comes.
Waited a week. No news. Called them and they said all their stock has same problem and its normal.
Kinnda hard to believe they have such a vast QC problem where all their stock of leather work boot shoelace metal eyelet has a hairline crack on one of it only.
Dishonest or irresponsible? You be the judge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I sent a Hercules welding machine purchased a few years ago for repair. then he charges RM60 for registration, RM125 for labor. this cost does not include the cost of the damaged component. It's very expensive here. it's better to go to another store
