★ ★ ★ ★ ★ from a buyer perspective, i think there are a lot of things that should be improved. first off, the service here isn't satisfying. the service is so slow, i had to wait for months for my laptop to be done (formatting etc). Then, I also had bad experience w the owner. I hope you could improve your customer service. Thanks!
