The property has been hit hard by the prolonged on and off nationwide Covid 19 pandemic lockdowns, Emergency and socio economic and health crises since Pakatan Hârapan government collapse in February 2020. Now beginning to reopen with many shop and office lots for sale or rent. The famous *One Academy* creative college is located here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking for Visitor is at P3, for cars with lower skirting you will most probably get stratch while going down. I heard there is a monthly pass which cost around RM 150. But the basement parling is quite dark. As for the velvet parking is RM 10 per day. For the open space parking will be under the HTC tower which im quite worry during storm weather...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty much an old place but business still ongoing here. You can find some food shops at G floor and Maybank ATM at in front of the valet parking.
Would suggest to come here if you are driving unless if u don't mind to park at outside open parking for the price of $4.
