★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience from LEL Seremban. Im avaialble at home during this MCO but The staff (SHAKTHIVELL V.MOHAN) didnt call me when he reached my house!! i just get notification he left my parcel nearby the door but nothing. Unfortunately, he broke my locked mailbox to put my parcel!!!! NEVER USE THIS COURIER SERVICE AGAIN!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. No notified n never ring door bell when arrived. Just leave the parcel at the gate pillar. R u responsible if the parcel lost. Please inform your delivery man to do his/her jobs n have courtesy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your courier man MUHAMAD NAZMI MOKHTAR still kerp my parcel with him. Try to deliver on 24th Dec but unfortunately my off was closed during lunch because its Friday. Hide message - Courier message - saya deliver hari isnin 27.12.21saya hantar.
But today is 29th still didnt get my parcel yet.
Please assist ASAP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please tell your boys to check the address before delivering the parcel. Not sent to the neighbours house and update the delivery status as delivered!
I have not received my parcel! What happens if the parcel is something valuable, would you pay for the consumer for the misplaced or missing item?
I believe more training needed to be given to your delivery people or have a better SOP on delivering the parcel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i have visited this place to collect my things which was stranded here for 3 days and i needed is urgent. To my surprise they were very friendly and helpful. There was this staff a malay boy who was very friendly, helpful and polite when he deal with customer. And not to forget delivery man who cover rasah area En Suhaimi, he alway handle out things with a lot of care. He will come and deliver even its bad weather. He is also friendly and polite. At the end of the day its how u treat people back.
