★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1030am staff came back from tapau food. 7 counters, open only 3. A lot of empty parking more than 20 in compound but public were told theyre full so public have to park on the roadside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Officers here are pretty unhelpful, inefficient and they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Asked them the purpose of all the docs requested and the officer became really evasive and said that I was wasting their time.
They literally do not know what they’re doing, as I went to another branch to double check the requested docs and some of them were not required.
Don’t expect any help from them.

Everytime come ask question, they ask us to go check online guideline. If got wrong compound again.
Pegawai are so relax punch card at 4pm. We have to work hard to make living, hardly squeezed some time to come, then being told the Pegawai go back already, have to come back next time.
Tolonglah, life is not easy. Come out have a look rather than sit in aircond office compound and compound.
