Saya sebenarnya tidak bercadang untuk share pengalaman, tetapi ingin membuat pertanyaan. Mohon maaf jika menyalahi prosedur.
Saya sebenar nya diminta oleh LPPSA untuk mengemukakan Borang 16N utk endorsan pengecualian duti setem bagi urusan Pemulangan Dokumen Hak Milik & Pelepasan Gadaian. Ia perlu diselesaikan dalam tempoh 3 bulan dari tarikh 19 feb 2020.
Saya mohon nasihat dari pihak tuan utk melaksanakan urusan ini kerana pejabat lhdn tidak beroperasi sepanjang PKP ini.

I'm not actually planning to share my experience, but I want to ask a question. We apologize for the error.
I am personally requested by the LPPSA to submit Form 16N to support the stamp duty exemption for the Return of Property Documents & Debt Release. It must be completed within 3 months from 19 February 2020.
I would like to advise you on the matter as this office is not operating throughout the CPP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not my fault that monthly income not stated in my renewal application for BRIM 2017. The personnel told me need not fill in form but just go to another counter where another personnel asked if I want to change bank account, address and phone no.And now you tell me my application rejected because my monthly income not stated in the application . Whose fault is this ? By the way LHdn can always check my Brim2016 for info. Please do not cause inconveniences to the rakyat just because of your personnel oversight. I believe many rakyat have the same fate as me. Now where is my BRIM2017 ???
