★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is actually very big. Never thought that they have a specific hall for prayer and invited guest speaker. Got a chance to meet with the syeikh from Palestine and hear from them directly. Spacious, comfort and good place to perform Ebadah and gain knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For fund deposit for performing haj and financial saving. The best place for financial saving. The saving account is based on wakalah principle and free from interest and all saving being deposit will be paid by Tabung Haji for zakat.

Waited 4 HOURS (!!!) to drop documents for Hajj, only to be informed that there is additional document that need to be included (which was not told during my prior visit). The list for complete documents were not mentioned anywhere in the offer letter. Really such an inconvenience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tabung Haji HQ Jalan Tun Razak.. wonderful.. excellent customer service. I really appreciate their services. I went to drop off my Hajj documents but I arrived late around 10+ minutes. Rushed to see the security guards and was told they're closed but he told me to give a try anyway. Took my documents and went downstairs to the TH office. The counter numbers were no more given after the closing. They had like 15 customers but the the guard here asked me to wait and he slot me in to be the last. The customer service served me without any qualms. They served me happily though they had to be there 30++ min past the closing. Kudos. Excellent service. Alhamdulillah. May God bless you guys for your service and for your patience during the Ramadan.
