★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed at pusat zakat Selangor cawangan Banting. Sebagai pembayar zakat yang baru sahaja alami stroke, tiada sebarang concern untuk tanya sama ada saya okay atau tak. Pegawai disitu hanya duduk tegak, seperti beauty queen dengan tangan simpuh/silang di atas meja, melihat saya bertongkat mendekati beliau. Only once saya susah payah cuba duduk, baru dia kata 'okay, puan da duduk baru saya tanya khabar puan'. Kurang common sense & adab. Muka pun selalu serius & susah nak melihat senyuman mesra pegawai2 disitu, selain pegawai keselamatan. Dan perkara ni sudah pun saya hadapi beberapa tahun sebagai pembayar zakat di pusat zakat Banting. Saya harap pegawai2 ini akan lebih mesra & concern terhadap customers/guests, tidak kira pada pembayar mahupun penerima zakat. Tinggikan adab, jangan asyik bertaklimat sahaja, yang tidak bawa ke mana pun. Bukan memerlukan layanan yang world class, tapi hormati la sesama insan.
 Very disappointed at the Selangor charity center Banting branch. As a zakat payer who has just experienced a stroke, there is no need to ask if I am okay or not. The officer was just sitting there, like a beauty queen with her arms / cross on the table, watching me sit close to her. Only once did I get tired of trying to sit down, he just said 'okay, ma'am and I just got to say' hello '. Lack of common sense & manners. The face is always serious & it's hard to see the friendly smile of the officers there, other than the security personnel. And this has been my experience for years as a charity payer at the Banting charity center. I hope that these employees will be more friendly & caring to customers / guests, regardless of payer or charity recipient. Raise your manners, don't just keep on briefing, which doesn't take you anywhere. It does not require world class service, but it does respect one another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pusat zakat banting tak buka ka hari ahad.. tengok dalam website buka sampai pukul 3pm.. pukul 1 pm saya dtg tak buka pun
Banting zakat center is not open on Sundays .. look on the website, it is open until 3pm .. at 1 pm I don't even open
