★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt that Lenovo sales great products for work. This is my 4th Lenovo workstation beside Macs in last 10 years. Delivery was on time. Unfortunately Lenovo Malaysia has the worst customer service among all the Lenovo around globe. Payment team is a total mess, ran by untrained and unprofessional staffs who even ignores emails from Manager. Simple email etiquette is missing. A huge communication gap between the customer service and payment team. I had to spend 3 days with my bank cause of their mess. It feels like the company is ran by some incompetent imbecile who do not even know what's going in their company.
Great products for sure but Lenovo should really pay attention to Lenovo Malaysia before it's too late. It's sad so see a company going down the drain when you love their products.
*Spoke to few other users from Lenovo and they have confirmed me similar experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lenovo yoga is light and slim, nice to carry around. But I'm very disappointed with with price, I bought 2 weeks back and they drop the price. So for their laptop, price can drop very fast. So their laptop don't have market value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Ordered a mini workstation 2weeks ago (in August). 1week later was told product shortage and only available in November!
2. Relating to #1, I opted for refund (which was not stated in the email and only found out after speaking to the Lenovo staffs). Replied the email and there was no response.
3. Relating to #2, called the lenovo center few days later, found out that they are planning to ship out the pc in few weeks time!
4. Phone lines with the call center keeps breaking off, poor signal. Maybe most of the staffs are working from home, thus the poor signal. That just lights up the frustration of this entire shopping experience!
I've always like Lenovo product as they are sturdy and solid (Think series). Unfortunately the online / teleservice just ruined the whole thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First incident - Post-sales team cancelled my order without my consent when I only inquired about the cancellation process. After I told them to listen to customers' inquiries properly and ask for confirmation before doing something, they reinstated my order without my permission AGAIN!
Second incident - Placed another order for a ready-stock laptop and was promised that it would arrive within 10 working days. Checked in with them after 5 working days only to be told there was a website technical error and the laptop I ordered was out of stock. I'll have to wait until mid September to receive it. The customer service personnel told me they will get back to me on an exact delivery date the next day.
Called again the next day to check on status as they never got back to me and I was told that the delay in shipment is due to logistic congestion. I was put on hold for 40+ minutes and my issue was not resolved.
Terrible service. Lenovo may be cheap but it is really not worth the trouble as they make false promises about their shipping and delivery time frame and have utterly atrocious customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using the new IdeaPad 3i Gen 6 (14″ Intel) I purchased in December 2021. Extremely disappointed that the battery power cannot last long without direct connection to power supply. I thought getting a new laptop would enable me to bring it anywhere without needing a direct power connection for at least 4 hours. Sad to say, the battery power always depletes to about 30 % after only about 2 hours of use! It's no different then from my old Lenovo laptop!! I won't be buying Lenovo in future.

I bought a brand new Lenova Yoga 6 back in June 2021. The experience so far has been pleasant until Feb 2022 ( until today 8 June 2022, yet to resolve the issue ) whereby window software has been auto- upgraded from window 10 to window 11 (as prompted by Microsoft window for an automatic update as usual). My laptop started having WIFI disconnect issue every time after going auto-lock mode. For interim solution, i need to restart laptop every time when i walk away for a short break !! Re-open all the doc, files, applications etc.
So, guess what is the ultimate proposed solution by the Lenova support team? They just asked customer to reformat the window i.e. downgrade the current Microsoft window 11 to mircosoft window 10. They left us- customer with no choice but just to reformat the laptop:< The incompatible of Lenova Yoga 6 x Window 11 has brought us the data loss risk, hassle to backup data and even some application is needed for manual setting one by one !!!) . None of the premium care support can answer my queries if Lenova's software engineer will look into this matter seriously by having a proper plan/schedule to enhance its existing software in Yoga 6 to ensure it is compatible with window 11 for the near future! As a customer, i can accept it if there is a plan to work toward to solve the incompatible system issues instead of merely asking customer to reformat laptop!
Very disappointed and never buy again!
