โ โ โ โ โ We've been to this photo studio twice now. We first went there to take passport size photographs for me and my husband and to print some 4R photos. We applaud the owners strict adherence to covid SOPs when they only allowed one of us to enter the studio at one time. The printing was also done immediately we only needed to wait 5-10 minutes for 24 passport size pictures and approximately 10 4R photos. We also appreciated when they suggested emailing the soft copy of the passport photos to us which is great that we now have them in our drive! We went there again recently to print more 4R photos. Overall we are very happy with their service, quality of photos and price. Highly recommended. ?

โ โ โ โ โ Happy that they are open on weekends noon. Fast & pleasant service. The uncle is quite chatty and quick to take and process my passport photo. Priced at RM19 for 4 pieces; option to burn softcopy to CD or send via email.

โ โ โ โ โ Did I visit a different place than all the great reviews crow about? The lady taking my pictures had the bad attitude of โdonโt waste my time, I snap the photo and off with youโ. She was obviously in the wrong job: very bad customer service. The uncle was equally unhelpful as well, claiming to have โno ideaโ how to upload passport photos to Immigration website, when he was asked for tips. Not recommended
Yes, I understand about pandemic time, but still you should not treat your customer like a virus, and take enough time for a good photo. I asked to have a preview but was refused. As it turned out, my hair was a mess in the final photo, thus it was unusable. Wasted time and money.
