★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought a radio RM300, bad radio reception. complained to shopowner. cant resolve and unable to refund.. say upgrade to android topup rm200, after install say is rm300 with the reason, the android they installed is "better", which is 1gbram 16gbrom cant see any better.. planning to spend rm300 in the end spent rm600. thanks guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 15/9/2018 I bought a 9' touch screen android player from this company and on 28June 2020 I went back to this company as my player got some problem, the player keep restarting and cannot function properly. I am aware that the warranty period already over but the shop person-in-charge said he can try to send to their vendor to see what they can do. After that I keep follow up with the person-in-charge and he always said the vendor haven't send back my player. I told him even if the vendor cannot repair you should return me the player. But after follow up for 3.5 months I still never get back my player. Very disappointed with this shop.
If cannot repair also must return the player to your customer. Don't just said no spare parts. Your reason is not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw their product on Lazada then I chat with them to ask where the shop is. After that, I went to their shop for an android player with 2gb ram + 16gb rom for my Iriz. Now I rated them 5 stars for their professional service and clean installation. The reason why I pick this shop is because they give me 1 year warranty for the android player. By this time of review, I only use it for 1 day and it works fine. Except for Google Maps app crashed a few times maybe due to first time running it and the app downloading the maps, after several minutes it works fine. A year later I will edit my review here and comments on how the product quality and performance. Looking forward to it!
