★ ★ ★ ★ ★ brought my cat for dental scaling (non anesthetic). letoro in puchong was highly recommended by the vet. very happy with the experience. the before and after difference is really noticeable. my cat was not too stressed and they were very good at handling him. a very professional and clean place. 10/10 will recommend! thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time they only charge us rm120. Brought my dog many times. But this time they charge me rm160 for full groom. But they didn't shower my dog and didn't do cleaning in the ears all. It was too bad. Regretted of sending my pet. Paid alot but worthless. I can only smell baby powder on her face side nevertheless when I carry and brought my pet to home I can see the hair sticks all over my shirt , obviously can see they didn't shower my pet after grooming.
So disappointed. Even I am their regular customer. Never want to go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can definitely feel that they are seriously in love to pets. They even give help for homeless pets to get adoption, one of it was a dog that I found injured from roadside.
Besides, there are many good products and grooming services here too. You pet can transform to be a more adorable, handsome or beautiful looking from here.
Lastly, the most important thing is that you can feel every pet are happy here ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend Letoro Grooming. Suk Hong is not only very knowledgeable about dogs, but provides exceptional attention to detail when grooming and dental scaling. She is also extremely patient when addressing any enquiries you may have. Definitely would be a returning client.
