★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in this Levi’s outlet, has big range of jeans to my liking. Easily found the cut I want from a proactive and helpful staff, thanks Elaine, good job! She knew her products and offered opinions when asked. Glad I got extra 15% discount from her recommendation.
Note that alteration is RM15 across all outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ managers here need to take action over their employees. Very rude, the female worker is rude, people will not come if the worker serves customers like that, levis is great. but the staff ??????. to that girl I hope you get the same service as you did us .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A woman staff was quite disrespectful. When she said 'dorang nak yang murah je' and proceeded to the staff room, she spoke loudly until we could hear her clearly. After reading some reviews, it appears that the staff is indeed rude. When the woman said that, the male staff made no attempt to teach her some manners. There aren't even that many customers for her to treat us that way. You're merely a member of the staff there to assist customers, so be kind and polite as long as they treat you properly.
