โ โ โ โ โ Was having very bad experience with this shop. I made a phone call to ask for availability before placing an order and planned to celebrate Mother's Day happily with my family. Unfortunately, it ended up badly. Shop owner was very irresponsible, she accepted my order and promised will deliver flower bouquet on time. Exceeded the delivery time so I called again to follow up. This shop owner said she forgot my order even pushed the blame on customer that she didn't accept my order told me to make an order earlier. I can just try to find other florist. Some advices to you... Please don't promise your customer in the first place if you can't do it. Don't make excuses for your mistakes. Please put yourself in your customer's shoes. Even a simple word of saying 'sorry' can't compensate back that you have ruined my plan for celebrating mother's day with my beloved mother. Probably will never patronize again!
