★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for money and great location - closed proximity to so many facilities including a huge supermarket with great F&B and other stores such as Mr. DIY, local and foreign food and many more..
Cleanliness around the neighborhood (not the hotel) can be better.
Main drawback of the hotel: no lift to lobby and rooms..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed 1 night only. The room we booked is suitable for 4 of us. Facilities wise is ok. Worth the price. Near petrol station, ECO, KIPMALL and KFC. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked in to deluxe double room. Room space is quite comfy with queen size bed. Unfortunately part of the plaster ceiling is mouldy and flacking off onto the bed. Furniture are quite old and chipping everywhere, carpet already discoloured. Toilet sink leaking and the hot water shower malfunction.. it's time for major renovation. Anyway the staff are friendly.
