★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd engage Lian Hong's service to supply and install 2 units of 16" turbine for my double storey house last August 2020. After 2 weeks of installation, I realise the turbine does not operates as per described; my first floor felt like an oven and as before installation. I called Joe but it was dragged for months. After several calls chasing after Lian Hong to reallocate the turbine location, Joe finally send his manpower (third party contractor) to do the job. I was asked to pay for an amount to the job. The service after sales was so terrible!
