★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LiangYee Steel Works Sdn Bhd is a very bad company. The review mentioned in google all is wrong info. Even change new management also no improment and implementation. The new management is very bad, no hosneyly. If you are looking for this company doing your works. I strongly recomended dont not ket them to do it.
The sales person and Miss Lau is very very bad behavior. To value consumer please dont give this company doing your grills work. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service, keep on postpone the installation date wiithout the solid reason. The most unbelievable experienced for me was their workers delivered the wrong grill, they just left the house without inform they couldnt do the installation. I advise do not make the full payment before installation, because of small discount, they are just commonly postpone the installation date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acceptable quality for the door grille but poor customer service after payment. Arranged for installation a month in advance but they failed to meet the timeline and they didn't bother to update me that the grille was not ready until i contacted him the day before.. Rescheduled and the person in charge again didn't bother to inform that he was out of country and it was a nightmare contacting the company on the day itself but thankfully they showed up despite being 2 hour late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to the reviews here, I've been receiving great service from them. Have used them 2x already. The first time was to set up some outdoor workout equipment. There were some issues with it and they came back to add some stability bars without charge.
Then today, they came to remove my front gate (with a crane) to replace the gate rollers. The lead worker was very experienced and pleasant. The boss then came abit later to check. Would highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad management and office staff (especially is Sales Admin supported girls) they doing business only 1 time service no thinking about future business opportunities. After payment the delivery and installation almost delay and worked not expectations for the requirements. I am not recommended this company to anyone. ???
* The 5 star review really internal staff and relative write the high rating commands.
* Don't believe the high rating reviews. Their almost delay order, wrong measurements size send out to customers side and the works quality is very bad not professional making the grills products.
* The price really make up compared with others company.
* New management team no improvement and no implementation with the works quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place order on Aug 2018 and completed the entire delivery only on late Dec 2018. The jobs value only MYR 12k and worst is paid cash due to discount but waited 6 months to complete. Some fair workmanship and some are poor. Generally this company fail in their management on their operations.
