★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy harap Lie Cycle dpt improve dr segi cust. service.. xbiarkan cust. tunggu terlalu lama utk dilayan. Cuma fokus dgn 1,2 pelanggan. Sy xpasti tp mungkin kerana kurang pekerja & sbgnya. Sy hantar basikal utk upgrade & mkn masa berhari masih tiada progress.. even kedai ckp boleh buat cuma kena tunggu lagi beberapa hari.. I dont prefer tinggal basikal terlalu lama di kedai. Sorry. Last2 bawak balik tanpa diusik. But other than that.. Lie Cycle ada pelbagai pilihan basikal blh dpt dgn hrga berpatutan. Nice.
I hope Lie Cycle can improve in terms of cust. service .. xbiarkan cust. wait too long to be served. Only focus on 1.2 customers. Sy xpasti tp may be due to lack of employees & so on. Sy sent a bicycle for upgrade & mkn time days still no progress .. even ckp shop can do just have to wait a few more days .. I dont prefer to stay bicycle too long in the store. Sorry. Last2 brought back without being disturbed. But other than that .. Lie Cycle has a wide selection of bicycles available at affordable prices. Nice.
