β β β β β Iβm happy to be their first customer to tryout their menu. Quite unique place whereby you can cook your own meals with the help of health cook/chef. They will teach you recipes to cook a healthy tasty food from scratch with basic ingredients. They also provide dietetic info for your aid too with the help from medical/dietitian professionals.
If you canβt drop by their place, check out their menu in FB. They prepare their meals in bento style and deliver to your doorstep. I tried the pan fry chicken patty (and grilled Korean spiced chicken) with multigrain, stir fry vegetables and seasonal fruit. Itβs very homecook style, free from any manufactured food seasoning. 100% freshly season and cook.
