★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a bunch of straight shooter no BS fellas unlike some other exclusive Giant outlet in KL I've experienced. Ordered a frame and did an unboxing at their shop. I was surprised to find some parts was included with the frame when other genuine Giant outlets do not include (which they have probably removed and sold separately). Though my drive from KL to their location feels like a distance, it is worth the while when I can buy with confidence.
