โ โ โ โ โ The best lighting shop. They have a good selection of lightings & also sell the replacements parts. Most of the replacement that I could not find elsewhere is available here easily. Easy parking right in front of the shop. Staff is very friendly & sound technical knowledge. ?

โ โ โ โ โ Very professional lighting studio. Call few days in advance to enquire the availability of their technician to help me install the next day if i came to buy since i'm from KL. Oh yeah the person in charged reply me should be no problem. I like this part because compare to many others shop, they will just say, " i will forward you the contractor number and you just deal with them directly" which i felt lack of hospitality and service.
Upon i arrived at the shop, i were greeted by a lovely lady Ms. Chua and she's very friendly and professional where she intro me to buy the best light to fits my request and budget. Than i ask her if i buy today, can you install tomorrow and she immediately call the technician to ask and the technician reply her your manager has booked the slot to reserved for a client from KL and that's me. Well another credit for them although i haven't paid any deposit yet back then.
Their prices are very very reasonable and everything are so justified.
I'm so happy with their services and hospitality and i just follow recommendation from Ms. Chua.
The next day, the technician arrived and the workmanship is perfect. Thank you to Light Studio in charge person (sorry i forgot to ask for his name) and Ms. Chua the lovely lady
Will come back to buy again

โ โ โ โ โ The price of the LED in this store is relatively lower than some other stores, however one of their sales executive (Caren) will show you her angry face if you asked too much or wanted her to test the LEDs for you.

โ โ โ โ โ They have a vast variety of products from lighting, fans to shower heaters. Been to this place a few times now, service was always good. The workers clearly knows their product, and they take the time to explain the products. Price was reasonable, we found that they offer the best price among many lighting shops that we have visited. They also have another branch in simpang ampat. We went there to browse for designer lights as well, and the visit was fruitful. Both branches offers different designs, worth checking out. We identified a few lightings we like and they allowed us to take a few photos to discuss with our designer, steady ?. We came back to buy from them. Lastly, if you are not in Penang, no worries they also have a store in Shopee... ???

โ โ โ โ โ Worst ever purchase experience. Bought some lights and fans for new home in Nov 2021, paid deposit for the order to secure items. When fully paid in Feb 2022 and request delivery, were told the fans were out of stock (How suppose to happen when I already paid deposit for my order?). I was kept waiting and waiting till April then they refund for the missing fan after my wife was pretty angry and called to questioned them. In the process, they never bother to call to update and request for refund was rejected. Have to keep calling them only then they tell still no stock. And some calls to mobile phone was not answered nor replied. In total called 9 times in 2 months to complete an order placed 6 months ago.
The funny part is, every time call them they'll ask: What's your order no? When you buy? What is missing? You deal with who? I check and let you know.....Obviously they just put my order aside and don't bother to check, process and update.
The lesson is beware if you wanna deal with unprofessional, unethical shops. Once you paid a deposit, you have to go chasing and chasing.

โ โ โ โ โ This shop has a variety of lights and fans. Staff are super friendly and attentive especially Karen. She takes her time to explain every product we inquire. There are display units for every products and lights so you can choose the products you prefer. Price is reasonable and you can choose from a variety of good brands.

โ โ โ โ โ There are many lighting options (wall, ceiling, standalone) and prices are shown on each item. Prices were reasonable and design choices were ample.
Their Philips and Panasonic lighting were limited.
Was served by two staff. One staff was more concerned with her phone notification than serving customers.
Whereas another staff was more helpful and doing providing sales staff.
